LAKE WORTH- Tristan Gee poured in a career-high 29 points and Jovonte Allen narrowly missed a triple-double as Trinity Christian beat Posnack Jewish Day 62-53 on Monday night.

Allen and Gee were dominant early on in the high low game. Allen had eight assists (along with 13 points and 12 rebounds), most of which were to Gee. In the first half, Gee had 21 points to stake the Warriors out to an eight point lead at the break. Posnack cut the lead to just a point in the fourth quarter, but Trinity was able to weather the storm and pull back ahead by double figures late. Joshua Joseph, Justin Wiggins, Jaiden Santiago, and Gavin Raymond all had big buckets late to put the game away for the Warriors.

The win over Posnack was TCA's first since 2014. The Warriors have won four of their last seven games for the first time since 2013. They will square off with Berean Christian on Tuesday night in a district clash. Game time is 7:00 pm at Trinity.
