FORT LAUDERDALE- Three Trinity Christian swimmers have advanced to the FHSAA state finals after standout performances at the 4-1A regional meet at Nova Southeastern. Seniors Nicole Aldrich and Naima Dessout and sophomore Hailey Rudd will represent the Warriors at next weekend's state finals in Stuart.

Aldrich makes her return to the state championships after pacing last year's 200m relay state champs and finishing second in the 500m free.  She will be competing in both the 500m free and the 200m free.  Dessout posted impressive performances in both the 50m free and 100m free at NSU, and she will be in the top half of the swimmers in both races.  Rudd will make her first state finals appearance as she edged her way into the 100m fly.

The girls will swim in the preliminaries on Saturday morning and look to advance to the finals that evening.  Follow @tcawarriors on Instagram for coverage throughout the day.
