LAKE WORTH- Despite being shorthanded due to injury, Trinity Christian finished second of five teams on Monday night at TCA.  Senior Jaiden Santiago went down with an apparent ankle injury during the second mile of the race leaving the Warriors with just four runners.  Those four runners finished in the top 14 to place Trinity just behind Benjamin in the standings.

Eighth grader Chris Gunterman continued his impressive showing this season as he took third with a season-best time of 20:57. Freshman Logan Fyke set a personal record of his own with a time of 21:31 which was good for sixth place. Junior Luke D'Orazio snuck in the top ten with a time of 22:32.  Junior Xavier Jackson set a PR with a time of 23:31 and was 14th for the Warriors.

On the girls' side, the lone TCA runner Eva Zelaya finished ninth overall.

The boys finished with 64 points, ahead of Highlands Christian (70), Boca Christian (75), and Atlantic Christian (97).  The Warriors next race will be Tuesday at Berean Christian.
